General Dentist – Workplace-Based Practice - St. Louis

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive “bread & butter” general dentistry to a steady daily schedule (avg. ~14–15 patients/day).
• Care for a union employee population at an on-site clinic, emphasizing convenience, quality, and continuity.
• Practice in a 5-op setting supported by a seasoned team for efficient, patient-centered care.

• Established practice (currently covered by a temp provider)
• Operatories: 5
• Team: 1 dentist, 2 hygienists, 2 assistants, 1 practice manager
• Payer mix: Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (only)

Schedule

• Mon–Wed: 8:00a–5:00p
• Thu: 8:00a–4:30p
• Fri: 8:00a–2:00p
• Consistent Monday–Friday workweek; no nights or weekends.

Compensation & guarantees

• W-2 employed position with employer-sponsored benefits
• Collections model: 29–33% of gross collections (tiered; >$4,000/day = 33%)
• Daily guarantee: $1,000/day; paid the greater of guarantee or earned collections
