A respected private group in Dayton, Ohio, is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join a modern, high-demand practice known for comprehensive care, calming patient experience, and a collaborative, growth-minded culture. The associate will step into a well-supported environment with strong patient flow, advanced technology, and a clear pathway to long-term success.

·      Schedule: Mon, Wed, and Thu; 7:30AM – 4PM

·      Compensation: 35% of net collections with an initial daily guarantee

·      Earning potential: $350k–$450k+ based on skill mix and efficiency

Role snapshot

Provide comprehensive general dentistry (diagnostics, restorative, and cosmetic). Case mix can flex to the dentist’s strengths and interests.

Ideal candidate

·      5+ years of clinical experience preferred

·      Comfortable in a technology-enabled, relationship-oriented setting

·      Patient-first communicator who thrives in a collaborative culture

·      Completion of an accredited DDS or DMD program, and a current Ohio license
