Dentist – FQHC in Southwest New Mexico

We are a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center, seeking 1–2 General Dentists to join our established dental team in Southwest New Mexico This role offers a consistent patient flow, strong support staff, and the opportunity to make a real impact in an underserved area.

Position Highlights:

· 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts, 7am–5:30pm)

· Mix of pediatric 25% and adult patients 75%

· 2 Dental Assistants per provider

· Base salary starting at $175,000+, depending on experience

· Productivity bonus: $25 per patient after 18/day

· Up to $20,000 relocation reimbursement

· $20,000 retention bonus after 90 days

· Health, dental, life, malpractice insurance, 401(k) with 3% match after 1 year

· CE: 80 hours + $4,000 allowance

· PTO: Up to 153 hours/year + 11 holidays

· Eligible for federal and state student loan repayment programs
