Opportunity consists of:

·       Take over an established practice where the retiring dentists practice did Clsoe to $900k last year slowing down.

·       Schedule: Flexible schedule – Monday-Thursday 8 AM-5 PM, Friday 7 AM-1 PM

·       Looking for experienced dentists and/or a younger dentist with an entrepreneurial mindset who can take over a busy practice that wants to be a Partner/Owner

·       This practice is a sleeping giant for someone who wants to build.

·       Great Support Staff 

·       Total of (7) operatories with potential for expansion to (9), all equipped and ready for use.

·       Good flow of new patients per month

·       Services Offered: General dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges)

o  Specialty services: Oral surgery (every 2-3 weeks), periodontics, endodontics, orthodontics (every 4 weeks)

Needed:

·       Seeking top-tier experienced dentists or a younger dentist who has an entrepreneurial spirit, who wants a good-volume practice and is a great team player.

·       Seeking a candidate who is comfortable with a fast-paced schedule and skilled in general dentistry. 

·       Currently no cosmetic dentistry emphasis, but are open to growth in this area

·       Single practice. Non-DSO.

·       Looking for someone who wants to be part of the city/community

·       Both personal and professional backgrounds will be evaluated.
