Position Details

• Clinical Scope: Comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative, C&B, RPDs, endo, extractions, and other specialties as trained.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm; no Saturdays. Shared call rotation.
• Patient Volume: 10–20 patients/day + hygiene checks.
• Payor Mix: 70% insurance, 30% private pay.

Compensation & Benefits

• Earning Potential: $220,000+/year
  • Daily guarantee of $1,200 or 35% of adjusted collections (whichever is higher)
  • Provider pays 35% of lab fees (minimal)
• Sign-On Bonus: $25,000 (installments at signing, 6 months, and 12 months)
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 (with receipts)
