Compensation & Perks
Base Salary: $200,000 (negotiable)
Bonus Structure:
32% collections up to $50K/month
34% collections above $50K/month
Paid quarterly
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Relocation assistance and PTO
Loan Repayment Eligibility: NHSC-approved site — up to $60K tax-free for a two-year commitment
