A well-established private practice in Corning, NY, is seeking an Associate General Dentist for a growth and succession opportunity. The practice manages a robust 6,000-patient FFS base, offers meaningful surgical volume, and has a defined transition plan as the owner moves toward retirement over the next few years.

Position Highlights

• Clinical Scope: Comprehensive general dentistry with a strong surgical mix—implants (placement & restoration), immediate dentures, SRP, simple/surgical extractions, bone grafting, ridge preservation, and alveoplasty.

• Schedule & Operations: 4 days/week, 8:00–5:00 with a 1-hour lunch (Friday 8:00–4:00 optional or alignable to 8–5). Light, phone-only on-call.

• Team & Facility: ~20 team members; 10 operatories (8 equipped + 2 plumbed for expansion). Well-organized clinical and admin support.

Compensation (Transparent & Competitive)

• Guarantee: $1,000/day or 33% of true production—whichever is higher.
• Blended Surgical/GP Rate (if performing both): 35% for general dentistry and 40% for surgery (practice software splits codes cleanly).
• Expected Income (Years 1–2): $275,000–$330,000+, with upside as the surgical program scales.
