General Dentist | 4 Days/Week, Ongoing Assignment | Missoula, MT

A thriving, high-tech dental practice in Missoula, MT is seeking an ongoing locum General Dentist beginning September 28 to support continued growth and expansion. The practice has strong patient demand, with up to 10 new patients each day.

The incoming dentist will join an efficient, well-supported team that includes an office manager who is also an RDH, a treatment coordinator, 3–4 Dental Assistants, and 4 Registered Dental Hygienists.

The Role:

• Location: Missoula, MT 59808
• Start Date: September 28
• Schedule: 4 days per week, Monday–Friday availability
• Hours: 8am–5pm
• Patient Volume: Approximately 20–30 patients per dentist, with strong new-patient demand
• Clinical Scope: Fillings, crowns, bridges, root canal therapy, and extractions
• Tech Stack: Open Dental, CBCT scanner, TRIOS 5 intraoral scanner, iTero, and photogrammetry technology
• Preferred Skills: Invisalign experience/certification is highly preferred; implant experience is a plus
• Compensation: Competitive pay rate + comprehensive malpractice insurance coverage; mileage and lodging covered

What is Needed:

• Credentials: Active Montana License and current BLS certification; DEA registration and Invisalign certification are highly preferred.
• Onboarding: 1–2 week fast-track onboarding.
• Practice Fit: A confident, adaptable dentist who can manage a busy patient flow, provide a broad range of general dentistry, and contribute to a growing practice.
