Dental Hygienist Contract - Washington, D.C.
Location: Washington, DC, 20010
Schedule: 2 days per week
Days: Fridays and Flexible on the other day
Patient Volume: 8-10
Procedures: Exams, cleanings, SRP
Support Staff: Front Office, 1 Dental Assistant, 1 Dentist
Requirements: DC License, BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 weeks
Pay Rate: Competitive Pay, Malpractice Insurance, and public transportation Assistance
Start Date: Immediately
