This opportunity is ideal for a Registered Dental Hygienist seeking a practice that prioritizes clinical quality and professional work-life balance. The position offers a high-tech environment in Jackson with a focus on efficiency and modern care. Options include a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with an early Friday exit (2 PM) or a flexible 1–3 day weekly commitment based on availability. Within this workspace, dedicated hygiene assistant support allows the focus to remain on patient care while the team handles turnover and prep.

The Flexibility
- Your Choice: Ongoing Locum/Temp coverage with a Locum-to-Perm option if you love the fit.
- The Schedule: Mon–Thu (9a–5p) and Fridays (9a–2p).
- Custom Days: Choose 1 to 5 days per week—we will build the schedule around your availability.
The Practice & Tech
- Clinical Flow: Average 8–10 patients (up to 15 with assistant support—only if you want the pace).
- Modern Tech Stack: Fully digital office featuring CareStack EMR, Vatech CBCT, CEREC, and SprintRay 3D printing.
- Advanced Care: Procedures include Prophies, SRP, maintenance, and Laser Bacteria Reduction.
Requirements & Logistics
- Location: Jackson, MI 49201
- Pay: Competitive, malpractice insurance, and weekly pay provided
- Credentialing: Fast-track process (1–2 weeks)
