Clinical Team Structure

• 3 Dentists on staff

• 3 Hygienists currently

• 6 Assistants with additional support during peak seasons

• Leadership led by the owner doctor and the office manager

Position Overview / Core Responsibilities

The Dental Hygienist plays a key role in patient care, education, and overall practice productivity. This position is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy, efficiency, and working within a supportive team.

• Perform dental cleanings and periodontal therapy, including prophy, SRP, and maintenance

• Conduct oral health assessments and charting

• Take and review digital radiographs

• Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment recommendations

• Collaborate with dentists on diagnosis and case acceptance

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Ensure operatory readiness and infection control standards

• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment

Schedule and Work Structure

• Up to 5 days per week

• Monday through Thursday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

• Friday 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM

• Flexible scheduling options available

• No evenings or weekends

• High patient volume due to current hygiene demand

• Appointment times

• 90 minutes for new patients

• 60 minutes for standard adult visits

• 30 minutes for pediatric patients

Compensation /Benefits

• $84,000/yr plus earning potential D.O.E.

• $500 monthly health insurance stipend for full-time providers
