Dental Hygienist / Hourly+Production / Holistic Practice

Practice Overview:

·       Holistic provider / Does not do traditional dentistry

·       5 operatories – 2 ops for Dental Hygienist

·       Staff – 2 Front Office, 3 DA, 1 OM, and 1 Dentist

·       High-end equipment and technology

·       1-hour appts.

Dental Hygienist Schedule: Mon-Thurs 8-3 or 8-4

Dental Hygienist Compensation & Benefits:

·       $50 an hour

·       Sign-on $5,000

·       Production bonus typically $600-$700. Paid at the end of the month.
