An established, privately owned multi-doctor dental practice is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join its experienced clinical team.

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Four-day work week
• One-hour lunch
• Competitive hourly compensation based on experience
• 10% production bonus above established daily goals after 90 days
• Same-day treatment bonus opportunities

Hygiene Schedule

Quality patient care is prioritized with generous appointment times:

• Prophylaxis – 60 minutes
• Periodontal Maintenance – 60 minutes
• New Patients – 90 minutes
• Scaling & Root Planing – 90 minutes
• Additional time available when clinically appropriate

Clinical Support

• Dedicated Hygiene Assistant for exams and room turnover
• Dedicated Sterilization Technician
• 4 General Dentists
• 8–10 Registered Dental Hygienists
• Experienced dental assistants and front-office team
• Collaborative doctors who encourage hygiene involvement in treatment planning

Technology

Fully digital practice featuring:

• CBCT 3D imaging
• Intraoral scanners
• Overjet AI caries detection
• Eaglesoft
• Dental lasers and Periolase
• EMS Air Polishing
• Cavitron ultrasonic scaling
• CEREC and 3D printing
• Advanced endodontic and implant technology

Qualifications

• Registered Dental Hygienist
• Local anesthesia certification preferred
• Strong patient education and communication skills
• Team-oriented approach
• Commitment to comprehensive periodontal and preventive care
