Pediatric Dental Office is seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Dental Hygienist to step into a long-standing role within a well-established private practice. The outgoing Hygienist is retiring after 25 years, leaving behind a full and loyal patient panel ready for a smooth transition.
Highlights of the Position
· Need is due to the retirement of a long-tenured Hygienist
· Take over a full patient panel on day one.
· Hourly rate of $55–$65 per hour, based on experience
· Bonus potential throughout the year, plus additional incentives based on office productivity
· Schedule with predictable hours and support from cross-trained dental assistants
