Locum Tenens Dental Hygienist- Centerville, OH
Function: Dental Hygienist
Facility Location: Centerville, OH 45459
Assignment Dates: September 8: 2-3 months to start
Schedule/Shifts: Mondays - 7am - 3pm, Thursdays: 8a-5p
% inpatient/outpatient: 100% outpatient
Patient Volume: 8
Procedures: Exams, cleanings, SRP, experience with itero Scanner
Nice to Haves: Zoom whitening, numbing for SRP procedures
Support Staff: Office Manager, 1 Dental Assistant
Type of Charting: Dentrix
Requirements: OH License, BLS
Reason for Need: Growing Business, and they need coverage immediately while looking for a new permanent hygienist
Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 weeks
Pay Rate: Negotiable
