Dental Assistant Responsibilities

Working chairside in a comprehensive general dentistry practice, you will play a critical role in patient care, provider efficiency, and overall practice success.

Responsibilities include:

• Four-handed chairside assisting
• Supporting restorative, endodontic, and denture procedures
• Operatory setup and breakdown
• Instrument sterilization and infection control
• Patient education and treatment support
• Maintaining efficient patient flow
• Assisting in creating a positive patient experience from start to finish

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) preferred
• 2+ years of general dentistry experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy clinical setting
• Self-starter mentality with minimal supervision required
