An established Oral Surgery practice is seeking a Full-Time Anesthesiologist to join a modern, high-volume outpatient practice in Warren, New Jersey. This role offers a predictable daytime schedule, no call, and excellent compensation.
Highlights
- Schedule: Mon–Fri 7:30 AM–3:00 PM + 2 Saturdays/month (8 AM–12 PM)
- No call
- Compensation: $415K guaranteed + quarterly bonus (35% of collections)
- Year 2 Potential: ~$650K
- Sign-On Bonus: $15K

- PTO: 3 weeks | CME: $3K

Practice Details
- Outpatient oral surgery center (10,000 sq ft, 15 operatories)
- 5 board-certified oral surgeons
- ~32 IV sedations/week (ASA I–II only)
- Provider performs IV sedation/GA and oversees additional sedations
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist
- Experience with oral surgery anesthesia and nasal intubation preferred
