An established, physician-led Oral Surgery practice in Warren, NJ is seeking a Full-Time Anesthesiologist to join a modern outpatient setting designed for long-term sustainability and balance. Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• Predictable hours with time for family, travel, and personal interests

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base
• Quarterly bonus (35% of collections)
• Year 2 earning potential: ~$750K
• $15K sign-on bonus
