Pediatric Dentist / Busy Private Practice / Full-time or Part-time

My client has had a very successful private practice in the community for 30 years. No need to network for patients. The client offers free rein and autonomy with your staff. The practice prides itself on its community standing and many years of experience. There is also an opportunity for partnership with this growing private practice.

Practice Schedule:

• The schedule is either Wednesday-Saturday or Sunday-Wednesday (all doctors work 4 ten-hour days with a three-day weekend.) If part-time, you can work 1-2 days a week.

Practice Details:

• On day 1, you will be walking into at least 20 patients and can grow that quickly based on workflow.
• Only PPO with a 99% collection rate.
• Setup like running your own private practice (same hygienist, front and back-office staff every time).

Financials:

• 30%-35% w/ daily minimum.
• Sign-on/relocation bonus.
• Practice pays lab fees.
