My client has a Private Non-profit 501c3 pediatric dental office that needs a General Dentist. Opportunity is located in beautiful Presque Isle, Maine. They have a head start program, school screenings and they are in the process of getting a mobile dental unit. There is mentorship if needed and there is a loan reimbursement program.

Practice Schedule:
- Negotiable - Possible Mon – Friday 1/2 day on Friday
Practice Details:
- 10-12 patients for Dentist 24-36 hygiene depending on # of hygienists on staff that day.
- 6 total ops, 2 currently dedicated to hygiene.
- Fee for service model.
- 2 assistants, 2 and hiring a 3rd hygienist, 3 office.
Financials:
- Base Salary of 1300 per day
- 4 DAYS PER WEEK X 52 WEEKS $270,400.00 per year
- 35% of Production
- CE Stipend 2,000.00 per year
- Housing for 6 months 8,460.00
- Company Car 6 months 2,400.00
- Malpractice Insurance 3,000.00 per year
- 401K Contribution by St. Apollonia 8,112 per year based on base salary 3%
- TOTAL GUARANTEED COMPENSATION $294,372.00 PLUS PRODUCTION BONUS
