The Job
· Office Hours: Monday-Thursday 8-5:30. (No weekends)
· Doctor Support: Well trained and friendly support staff. 4 Front Desk, 3 EFDA’s, 3 Hygienist, 7 DA, 1 Sterile Tech.
· six operatory chairs.
· No adults, 18 and younger only.
Financials
· $1400/day or 40% of collections, whichever is higher. Tracked on a cumulative basis.
· Health Insurance: Employer covers 65% of monthly premiums for the doctor only. The family is welcome to participate, but it will be the financial responsibility of the doctor.
· Dental/Vision: Included in the benefits package but associated costs are the doctor/employee’s responsibility
· 401k – Eligible after one year of employment.
· Medical / Vision insurance is provided and paid by the practice.
· No lab fees.
· $2,000 paid per annum for CE.
