NEW - TEXAS – LPC/LMFT/LCSW - $76k to $100k+

Practice:

· Local hospital established a Behavioral Health Center in 2021 and has grown leaps and bounds, and is now needing your help.

· There are 2 umbrellas under this department - Group therapy & Individual therapy

· (2) Group therapy rooms

· (4) Therapist offices

· (1) Recharging Station for all hospital employees – Massage chair, yoga area, meditation station

· (1) Play therapy Office

· Schedule: 4-day work week – Full-time flexible schedule

· Group Therapy - Geriatric: 65+ years old – depression, anxiety, life transition, grief

· Schedule:7:30a to 5:30p - Tuesday & Thursday

· (3) Group sessions in a day – average 10 patients

· Behavioral Health – Individual Counseling - Monday & Wednesday

· The therapist will have their own schedule.

· 8 or 9 a.m. – first session - See between 6-7 patients per day – 15-minute break in between

· Cases are challenging, but the workload is very manageable, where the focus is on quality therapy and not the number of patients

· Stress-Free environment

· No billing

· No insurance dealings

· No Call Required – we are open to call for crisis if you are

· EMR: Cerner

· Continue to develop this program and help develop community programs
