Practice:

• Local hospital established its new Behavioral health program in 2021 and is redoing the west wing of its hospital to incorporate this new department.
• Office – One location
  • 5,000 sq ft. – Remodeled in December 2021
  • (2) Group therapy rooms
  • (4) Therapist offices
• Schedule: 4 to 5-day work week – Full-time flexible schedule
• There are 2 umbrellas under this department:
  • Group therapy – Geriatric: 65+ years old – depression, anxiety, life transition, grief
    • Schedule: 8:00a to 5:00p - Monday & Wednesday / Tuesday & Thursday
    • (3) Group sessions in a day – average 10 to 15 patients
  • Behavioral Health – Individual counseling:
  • The therapist will have their own schedule.
  • 8a to 9a – prepare for your day - See between 4 to 7 patients per day – 15-minute break in between
• When you leave work, you leave work
• No billing
• No insurance dealings
• Averaging 5-10 new patients per week
• No Call Required – we are open to call for crisis if you are
• EMR: Cerner
