Practice Highlights
Option #1
· 4-day clinic week – Tuesday – Friday, 8:00a – 5:00p
· 12 – 18 patients per day – Booked out one month in advance
· No Call
· three exam rooms per provider - 28,000 sqft multi-specialty clinic
· X-ray and labs on-site
Option #2
· 4- day clinic week, 1 day admin – 8:00a - 5:00p
· six new patients per day into the practice - see 15-17 patients per day avg
· Join the largest family medicine group that will feed your practice
· 1:4 clinic call – light phone call only
· X-ray and labs on site
Financials
· Up to $337,000 base salary (DOE)
· wRVU production bonus over the threshold
· Housing allowance $1,200 mo. (6 mos)
· 5,000 CME allowance, six weeks PTO, full benefits
· Retirement plans – 403b with match and 457
