The Opportunity:
$450k+ anticipated earnings.
Partnership offered as early as 6 months into employment.
Minimum daily rate offered against 45% of adjusted production.
4 operatories - 3 surgical and one exam/flex
Brand new J. Morita CT
Brand new Zeiss scope
Hours/Schedule flexible.
This is a full-time position, and the practice will have set hours it is open. But there is some flexibility in your hours/schedule.
Location:
Standalone building on a major highway in a new money upper-middle-class part of northern San Antonio. This is in San Antonio, not a suburb.
Highly visible signage. Lots of walk-up patients. Tons of referrals.
The owning dentist is a 30 year established doctor with over 10,000 patients.
You will benefit from 100% of their referrals plus walk-up patients plus referrals from other Generalists in the area.
Candidate Parameters:
Must be an experienced, Board Eligible - Board Certified Preferred, clinically excellent Endodontist
Clean background concerning significant malpractice history, license/board actions, etc.
Must already have a TX license
Unable to sponsor visas of any kind
