This opportunity arises from organic growth and a recent provider departure, offering immediate access to a loyal, multi-generational patient base and a supportive, experienced staff.
Practice Highlights:
- 6,000 sq. ft. modern facility with 10 fully equipped operatories
- Advanced technology, including Digital Radiography and Digital Scanning (equipment < 5 years old)
- Strong referral base through word-of-mouth, social media, and light advertising
- Experienced support team and three other dentists, with 7 to 25 years of tenure
- Steady patient flow with appointments typically booked out 3-4 months in advance
- Payer Mix: 60% insurance / 40% private pay; No Medicaid or Medicare
Clinical Scope & Schedule:
- Bread-and-butter general dentistry and hygiene exams
- Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM schedule
- Patient volume tailored to the dentist’s comfort and preference
- No nights, no weekends, no call responsibilities
