Subject: Missouri FQHC- $210,000 Salary- $100,000 for Loans

Commutable from Columbia, Missouri this Community Health Center provides state-of-the-art equipment and offers specialty services such as Endo, Crown and Bridges and some Implants. Student loan assistance is also offered.

Schedule:

· 4-day work week with 6 weeks of time off

· No call or weekends

Financials:

· $215,000 base salary

· $4500 for CME

· Relocation allowance and Sign-On

· $100,000 for student loan repayment or site qualifies for NHSC Scholars and Loan Repayors

· 4% contribution to 401K, medical, dental, life

Practice details:

· 5 Chairs in new site

· 2 assistants per dentist

· 1 Hour appointment blocks and all EFDA assistants
