My client has a thriving private dental practice with ten offices. The practice sponsors generous CE and brings in speakers throughout the year. There is also a short track for partnership.

Financials:

· Daily guarantee with a Production Bonus of 30% of production.

· Potential of $500,000 a year.

· Paid best of guaranteed daily or commission.

Practice Schedule:

· Clinic hours: Monday-Wednesday 8-5 and Thursday 7-3

· Average 12-16 patients per day.

· 8 hygiene checks.

Practice Details:

· 1 Dental Assistant / 1 Dental Hygienist

· Fee For Service

· Practice does all aspects of general Dentistry

· 90% of patients are adults.

Other:

· No lab fees.

· The practice brings in around $40K worth of CE each year that is optional.

· Great benefits with 401K match.

· Partnership opportunity after two years.
