Adding 125 new patients per month, and that is an intentionally stymied number until more doctors are hired. Could be adding closer to 200/month.

Outstanding practice for someone new in their career with excellent doctor mentors.

Partnership/Buy-In over time strongly encouraged but not required.

Brand new doctor made $235k first year, highest producer made just over $400k.

Affiliated specialists that keep referrals in-house: OMS, Ortho, Perio, and soon-to-be Endo.

Full CEREC and CAD/CAM lab. Rare anything needs to be sent outside.

Employer covers 100% of any labs that need to be referred out.

Compensation includes a minimum guarantee, percentage of adjusted production, full benefits, sign-on, and relocation assistance.

This is a happy practice. Everyone gets alone. We are recruiting to accommodate growth. Nobody has left.

You will start with 2 columns and can grow from there as you see fit. You will have a full schedule within a week of start date.

Candidate Parameters:

Ideal candidate will have a few years' post-training experience, preferably in a private practice setting.
