Associate Dentist Position / Private Practice w/ Mentorship

My client has a very successful private family dental practice that is consistently rated the top Dentist office in the area. The practice prides itself on its standing in the community and its many years of experience. There is also an opportunity for partnership with this growing private practice.

Practice Schedule:

• Full-Time: Monday-Thursday 8:30 – 5:30, and alternating Fridays 8:30-4:00

Practice Details:

• Eight total operatories
• PPO only / No Medicaid
• The office has five dental assistants, 3 Hygienists, and four front office staff.
• 2 Doctor office.
• You will see 90% adults.

Financials:

• The position pays 30% collections with a tiered system.
• $15,000 sign-on/relocation bonus.
• Practice pays lab fees and malpractice.
• $3,000 a year for CE.
• Partnership opportunity.
