Two doctor practice has one doctor due to retire, and you will be walking right into his awaiting patient panel and be immediately busy in a lucrative and developed practice.
Up to 20% buy-in is offered on your first date of employment if you would like to buy in that quickly.
Very laid-back doctors. Easy to work with and looking for a similar fit.
General Bread and Butter Family Dentistry.
Implants are referred out, but this patient base could support a doctor proficient in Implants if you bring that skillset with you.
Most Endo is kept in-house.
More advanced surgery, true Pedo needs, and Ortho are all referred out.
Invisalign would be welcomed here.
Eight operatories. Four hygienists here rotate through 5 days per week on staggered schedules.
Doctors have two operatories each, and an overflow operatory is available if/when needed.
Newly remodeled from the ground up and looks beautiful and brand new.
Equipment is well kept, and money is available to upgrade the second anything that looks like it needs replacing.
Compensation:
Minimum daily guarantee against a percentage of net collected revenue.
The employer pays 100% of lab costs.
