Associate Dentist Position / $425K+ a year
My client has a thriving private dental practice with three offices. The practice sponsors generous CE and related travel in the first two years. There is also an opportunity for minority ownership.

Practice Schedule:
- Clinic hours: Monday-Thursday 8–5, and Friday 8-3
- Average 8-12 patients per day.
- 12-15 hygiene checks.
Practice Details:
- 5-6 Dental Assistants / 2 Dental Hygienists
- PPO only / No Medicaid
- Practice does a significant amount of Ortho.
- 75% of patients are adults.
Financials:
- Daily guarantee with a Production Bonus of 28% of collections.
- Potential of $425,000 a year.
- Paid best of guaranteed daily or commission.
- No lab fees.
- The practice will pay for a TON of CE and travel in the first two years.
- Up to 4,000 per annum to cover health and vision insurance.
- Minority ownership opportunity.
