After 1 year you are eligible for an equity bonus based on the performance of the entire practice, not only your personal production.

Despite being a smaller town this is a quaint little post-card community that has plenty of affluence and folks that can afford high-end dentistry. Lots of folks left the big city for quieter and calmer life but kept their big city remote-worker incomes.

1 hour to Finger Lakes, NY, 2.5 hours to Syracuse, 3.5 hours to Buffalo, 2.5 hours to Harrisburg, PA, and 4 hours to NYC.

Incredible outdoor amenities. 2 ski resorts within an hour. Several private airports are nearby. A regional airport with Delta and Allegiant service is under 1 hour away.
