$200k+ Northern New Jersey – 30 minutes to Times Square – Experienced Associate Needed

Opportunity:

· Established high-end practice with established customers is seeking to add one new Associate Dentist.

· 4-day workweek.

· 100% Fee for Service

· Cerec utilization in this practice.

· Outstanding clinical and office support staff.

· The practice is growing and adding over 90 new patients per month. You will be on a full schedule quickly.

Financials:

· Minimum daily rate against a percentage of collections.

· The last associate in this role worked 3 days per week, at a less than optimum pace, and they made $175k consistently.

· On a 4-day workweek and average pace you should earn well over $200k/year.

Location:

· Far Northern NJ

· 30 minutes to Newark. 30 minutes to Manhattan. 2 hours to Philly.

Candidate Parameters:

· Must have at least 3 years of private practice experience – preferably in a high-end Fee for Service type practice like this one.

· Zero personal or professional background problems in the last 20 years.

· Unable to support visa needs of any kind.

· Must have outstanding chairside manner and be patient and caring with patients.
