Dental Hygienist Opportunity / Practice managed by a Dental Hygienist
My client has an amazing private practice that is in need of a Dental Hygienist. This is a great practice managed by a dental hygienist and dental Assistant. Both have 20+ years of experience. Dental Hygienists have a lot of flexibility in their schedule in regards to days and hours worked.

Practice Schedule:
- 8-5 Monday-Friday
Practice Details:
- 18 total operatories. 6 designated strictly for hygiene.
- 2 sterile techs that maintain equipment and instruments.
- Prophy, Periomaint, SRP, Scaling inflammation.
- Average of 7 patients per day.
Financials:
- $65 an hour
- $5,000 sign-on for 2 year contract / Lump Sum
- $10,000 Relocation - Upfront
- 401K w/ match
- In house Dental
- 6 paid Holiday, Earned PTO (Avg 2 weeks/yr for FT employee), Paid uniforms, Paid CE’s, paid licensing fees, Health Savings Account (HAS) $250/Month.
- Earned PTO, starts accruing day 1. Cannot be used in first 90 days. Avg earned is 2 weeks/yr for FT employee. Can accumulate up to 160 HRS. Can cash out if not wanting to take the days for personal use.
