Join a thriving, fee-for-service general dentist practice with three dentists who perform all dental procedures including endo, perio and oral surgery procedures. They have an immediate need for a hygienist to join their staff. They offer quarterly bonuses that can add anywhere from $1K - $5K based on your performance and ability to educate your patients.

Financials:

· $45/hr with a flexible schedule working in one clinic

· Matching 401K with 6% company match

· Uncapped quarterly bonus

Practice Schedule:

· Clinic hours: Currently the clinic is open 3 ½ days a week but can expand the schedule if the incoming hygienist would like to work additional days during the week. Clinic closed on weekends

· An average of 8-9 patients per day.

· Educating the patient base on necessary dental work will add up to additional income in the form of a quarterly bonus.

Practice Details:

· Three dentists, 2 hygienists, 2 dental assistants and front office personnel

· Work in a newly refurbished clinic

· Short drive from Louisville, Kentucky

· Short commute or live in the beautiful river community.
