Experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator
PARAMETERS:
- Passion for dentistry with cosmetic experience preferred.
- 2-10 years of experience as an RDA or treatment coordinator.
- Ability to explain and answer dental treatment questions to and for the patient on comprehensive surgical and cosmetic cases.
PRACTICE:
- M-F with two days of 6:45-4 and 3 of 7:45-5.
- After the dentist does a treatment plan, the job is to review with the patient, discuss fees, and answer questions. Set up appointments and help with the financial plan.
- Basically, the patient concierge for all of their services.
- $30-$38 per hour depending on experience.
- Eligible for hourly bonus based on team metrics averaging $4 per hour worked
- These high-end cosmetic cases can run up to $70k each.
COMMUNITY:
- Los Altos, CA (suburb of San Jose).
- 40 miles to San Francisco.
- Western edge of Silicon Valley.
