VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS – EXECUTIVE ROLE IN GROWING ORTHODONTIC ORGANIZATION

As Vice President of Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling systems, integrating new practices, and cultivating a high-performance culture across New Jersey and northern Pennsylvania.

Job Overview

• Oversee all day-to-day business and clinical operations across 9 locations

• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, RCM, and Finance to align strategic goals

• Lead the integration of new acquisitions into the brand and operational model

• Champion a patient-first culture while implementing scalable systems and SOPs

• Leverage data-driven KPIs to track performance, reduce costs, & drive efficiency

• Travel required 60–80% to practices; hybrid work available 1–2 days per week

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary up to $145,000, based on experience

• Quarterly performance bonuses tied to key operational metrics

• Employer covers 50% of health insurance premiums

• Relocation assistance available for out-of-area candidates
