A leading Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery group with multiple practices in the Greater Baltimore, Washington D.C., and Northern Virginia areas is seeking a skilled and driven Oral Surgeon to join their growing team in the Maryland area. With flexibility in work schedule, and compensation structure, this opportunity offers the autonomy and support needed for a successful, rewarding surgical career.

Schedule & Call:

• Preferred Schedule: 5-day workweek
  • 4-day workweek may be possible with full-time production expectations
• Hospital Call:
  • Requires privileges at GBMC (Level 3 Trauma Center)
  • Hospital call aligned with practice call week.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Employment Type: W-2 preferred, 1099 option available
• Pay Structure:
  • Negotiable base salary + bonus
  • OR percentage of collections
  • Expected full-time earnings: $900,000+ depending on case types and volume
• Malpractice Insurance: Covered (OMSNIC, Claims Made)
• Paid Time Off, Sign-On Bonus, Relocation Allowance, Loan Forgiveness, CE Support: All negotiated case by case
