Practice:

• The hospital has a program to compensate doctors for indigent care, so you are paid for on-call cases.

Financial:

• The daily rate is negotiable based on experience plus a percentage of collections.
• Paid/shared hospital call.
• Pays for malpractice, ACLS/BLS, license, & CEs.
• Sign-on bonus.
