Endodontist – $500K+ | $40K Sign-On | Base+ 50% Collections

Are you an Endodontist seeking a high-volume, high-earning opportunity with a supportive team and balanced schedule? We are recruiting for a busy and growing endodontic practice looking to add a dedicated associate to their exceptional team.

Position Highlights:

• Daily Case Load: 6–12 cases/day
• Procedures: Primarily root canals, with some endodontic retreatment (15%), surgery (5%), trauma cases, and dental implants
• Schedule: 4.5-day work week
  • Mon–Thurs: 8 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Fri: 8 AM – 1 PM
• Support Staff:
  • 5 total staff: 3 assistants, 1 coordinator, and 1 office manager
  • 1 assistant dedicated to you; others rotate
  • Third-party billing team in place

Payor Mix:

• 51% Medicaid
• 49% PPO and private pay

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $1,400 daily
• Collections: 50%
• Sign-On/Relocation Bonus: $40,000
• Malpractice Insurance: 100% covered
