ARTHUR | MARSHALL PHYSICIAN RECRUITING QUESTIONS:
No
Absolutely not! Arthur | Marshall physician recruiting agreements allow our clients the flexibility to adjust in the ever changing market. If you are not satisfied, or the need no longer exists you can cancel at any time.
We strive to ensure that every candidate we place fits both personally and professionally in order to prevent this from occurring. That said, it is a human business and things happen. We offer the STRONGEST protection in the industry. If the “placement” falls-off, doesn’t show up, quits or you terminate them within the first SIX MONTHS Arthur | Marshall will replace that candidate with no additional completion fee.
Here at Arthur | Marshall we hear this from prospective clients on a daily basis. The Arthur | Marshall physician recruiting team is comprised of some of the most well respected veterans in Physician and Executive recruitment, with an average experience level of 12 years you can be sure your account will be in good hands. Also, our recent “digital transformation” and investment in Artificial Intelligence has been instrumental in not only providing a higher level of customer care, but also helping us to identify small problems before they become big ones. As a client you will receive several “confidential surveys” throughout your engagement. These will allow you to provide real honest feedback that we can use to improve the experience for you and others. Though “AI” helps with ensuring a good experience, it is not the most important piece. We at Arthur Marshall believe you are simply a sum of the people that you keep.
The Arthur | Marshall Physician recruiting team averages 4 months from the time we are engaged to the time a candidate provides written acceptance of an opportunity.

CANDIDATE QUESTIONS:
Arthur | Marshall does an exhaustive study on each search it conducts. We do not formally conduct a search until one of our search consultants has personally visited with the client on location and certified that it is a reputable and marketable search. Our experts will have detailed information on the community, hospital/facility and practice specifics. This will include all financials and benefits.
All legitimate interview expenses will either be paid up front by the client or out of pocket expenses will be reimbursed to you. Our contract with our client states that all candidate and spouse interview expenses are to be paid or reimbursed.
Technically that is of course up to you. We only deal with interested candidates who are ready for a change. We advise all candidates throughout the process and encourage a decision after all information is gathered.
Typically your interview might last up to two (2) full days. We believe that for both parties to make an informed decision, all questions should be answered. That is why we recommend a multi-day interview to thoroughly deal with all questions or concerns.
We usually will need to spend up to an hour telephonically with you to learn about you and what you are looking for. We will then need your CV. Finally we will email you a questionnaire which details credentialing questions that most clients request.
The Arthur | Marshall physician recruiting team always recommends the spouse attend the interview along with the candidate. We believe that every spouse is as important as the candidate in the decision process.
Certainly. Arthur | Marshall is uniquely qualified to advise and consult with young candidates due to our years of experience. Approximately 20% of all placements at Arthur/Marshall are residents.
Yes; however, each opportunity is different. Every community must meet needs based qualification requirements to qualify for visa recruitment. Also, J-1 visas have different requirements than H1B visas. In short, this is determined by the community waiver assignments and the clients recruitment requirements. The Arthur/Marshall Physician recruiting team encourages all it’s clients to consider visa candidates when possible. Arthur | Marshall does not discriminate against any candidate based on all protected categories of law.
