Joining ARTHUR | MARSHALL in 2004, Mr. Bianco began his career as a recruiting consultant quickly building upon his past experience to become one of the company's top physician recruiters over a 3-year period. Mr. Bianco's experience with the physician market offers a unique perspective to clients regarding their healthcare staffing needs.
Mr. Bianco's path to physician recruitment was defined by a long history of success in other industries. Having held roles in sales management in MLM industries, he developed successful recruitment, retention, market strategy, sales, business development and strategic partner approaches for multiple organizations in both U.S. and international markets. Mr. Bianco's notable successes included leading the shift from product-driven to opportunity-driven sales for Kingsway, positioning the company for double digit growth.
Prior to Kingsway, Mr. Bianco was a Regional Field Director for the Eastern U.S. with Excel Communications. He was responsible for sales, business development and client management for Excel and the Director of Special Projects that included representative recruitment within the Hispanic market.
Mr. Bianco's business acumen has been at the forefront of his move to physician search and continues to fuel his leadership success at ARTHUR | MARSHALL. Mr. Bianco has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from Rollins College and an MBA from Fordham University. He is married with two children.
